Farewell Bid - Close Friend Only ;)

so this is my last day at Bloomberg.

first thing i did when i entered the room is to give one last loud call of 'Morning, Sunshine...!!!' with all my heart. then i did a chicken dance on my table -no, this is not a ritual. bureau chief asked for it. - and start to login. work as usual.

so far it's been a perfect day. Fixed Income traders are unbelievably nice. JSX people are incredibly helpful with my request. i even get to choose our Friday lunch menu, just like my first day here. i couldn't ask for more.

4 years working here sure gives me a lot. i learn about hard work and team work. about pushing yourself to the limit. about doing the impossible and beating the odd. about perfection and excelence are states of mind. about working smart and manage to be on top of everything. about constantly perform your best.

but one thing i truly find here : true friends. because colleagues can come and go, but true friends stays. you had fabulous day, then you celebrate it with your true friends. you went through hard day, your true friends are there to console you. and i found them here. no, not fabulous and hard day part. but true friend part.

it's been an honour for me to work with you guys, people of Singapore Data Team and Jakarta Bureau. who are helpful with work, there to brighten my days and even give shoulder to cry on. you are not just great colleague who give a good lead, but also a true friend who care for me. and i can't thank you enough for that.

this is why i don't want to give you a short 'thank you and bye bye' note and bore you to death with my longwinding farewell email. but just so you know, you guys meant much more to me than just a colleague. you are already a part of me, my life. i hope this friendship continue and feel free to bug me with your happenings or just drop me a line or two at : paramaditha@gmail.com

adieu for now, but i'm sure our pathway will cross again.
